We hope you enjoy the shopping with the Coquette Concept. Here are our delivery and return policies to ensure we meet your expectations.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made throughout Greece. Most of our products are shipped within two working days with a partner courier company. The shipping cost is 4 € for Greece and 20 € for Cyprus. We support free shipping for purchases over € 100 in Greece.
Card payment or Deposit has no additional fees.
Cash on delivery has an additional fee of 2€.
The shipment of your order is made via ΕLTA Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki.
You can also pick up your order from the store. In this case the shipping cost is free. Before you go through our store please call us to make sure your order is ready.
Returns
In case the products you received do not meet your expectations, you can return them in accordance with the terms we list below.
Return Terms
- The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 14 calendar days.
- The return costs are 5€ and are charged to the customer.
- Used products can only be returned if they are defective.
- The product should be in its original condition, not been violated or used, otherwise it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
- The product to be returned must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
Return Procedure
For your best service, we suggest that you contact us by phone at 2731 020 404 before each return, so that the details of the return can be arranged in the best possible way.
Return procedure: Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment. We suggest you use the box with which we shipped. Put in the package a document in which you tell us how you want to resolve the financial issue, if the product is deemed capable of return. Then send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the Returns Department.
In case the reason for return / change is due to an error of Coquette Concept or to a defective product, the return costs are borne by Coquette Concept, otherwise the return costs are borne by the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, or the product arrives at us damaged, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

Return Policy
GREECE
In case you wish a refund, you may return the product to us within 14 calendar days since the date you received the product and then we proceed to the refund, either in the form of a credit note or in cash. Full refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the product. The return of the product is free of charge provided that it is due to an error on our part. In every other case, the shipping cost will be borne by you. In addition, in case your order has exceeded 100.00 euros you will be charged the initial shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
The refund policy does not apply to products on offer or discount, to products of previous collections or to orders with credit notes or giftcards. In these cases, we may issue for you a credit note for our e-shop, which we will send to you in your e-mail. This credit note will be valid for a period of one year, since received it.
All the returns must be made by Geniki Taxidromiki and ELTA Courier.You have the option to charge the shipping costs to our code and we will deduct the amount from your refund. For more information, please contact us.
The product is at your own risk until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We will accept the return only if there is no damage or wear, and if the product is accompanied by its receipt of purchase.
All the items are thoroughly inspected upon return to us.
If a product is returned in improper condition, it will not be accepted.
We recommend you to retain your shipping/courier receipt until the return process is complete and receive an email from us stating that we have received your return shipment.
